I must admit that I was looking to blame the snow and put off this run. But, with a little bit of encouragement from my wife, off I went!

It was slightly easier than R1, and it felt good to complete it!

Well done , that's the weather I had 2 days ago . Don't let the weather put you off and remember how great it feels when you complete your run. I had a nice sunny day today to run , so hopefully the sun is on its way to you 😊😊

Did mine yesterday on treadmill, also found it easier and by the time the 30 mins was up i had done just over 3k was really chuffed. I did 2k in 18 mins, my son has put me to shame having just started doing the 2k junior park run in 10.31

Well done on getting out there. I hope you wrapped up warm I find the cold air can be a really problem sometimes.

Love the photo and have to say it would be hard for me not to go out for a run in such a beautiful and picturesque environment.
