Week 3 Run 2 - Boston baby!!

Well this was the run I had been dreading the most thus far. It followed 8 hours on a plane, 5 hours of jet leg and a night where more cocktails were consumed than should reasonably be allowed. But.......having woken up in a strange city hours before the rest of the world around me had I decided to go for it. It’s bitterly bold out here and I could barley feel my fingers but what a sense of achievement when I got back. I’m

Wide awake and full of energy!

Almost parallel to where I am. Mid 40’s tick, completed wk3 run 2 tick, feeling fantastic tick. Now all I need to do I let my wife know I need to go Boston for some cocktails and..... oh well almost parallel. Lowestoft Suffolk it is instead. Congratulations and feels great doesn’t it.

wow, well done you. Did you imagine being in the Boston marathon and cheered on by the crowds?

Enjoy the rest of your trip.
