Just done run one of Couch to 5k 😊. Only problem in about halfway through my foot started to go numb, any advice?

It could be your shoes are too tight. My husband had the same and that seemed to be the problem

You can have your gait checked for free at some places - decathlon does it I think. That might help

Numbness is often a sign of restricted blood flow, so as suggested maybe shoes are too tight. Most people's feet swell when running, so shoes can get tighter during a run.
