Today I finished week six and covered a distance of 5k. This was including the 5 min warm up and warm down walks, so I ran for approximately 4 1/2k. I found it easier than expected, and once I settled into a rhythm, really enjoyed it. When I saved the run, the banner at the bottom said "RUNNER," so I guess that makes it official. Very happy about that π
I'm looking forward to week seven and will be taking part in my first 5k race in two weeks time.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks πΆ and runs π
Congratulations to you OrangePeacock on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, well done. Onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs π.
