I have completed Run 2 of week 3 still early days for me not dieting however possibly should has anyone noticed a change of shape or any weight loss without diet while doing c25k

I am simply healthy eating, not dieting, and I am now Week 9. and my body has changed a lot since I started the programme my weight hasn't changed but my body shape has! Keep going, it feels amazing once you get higher up, it is amazing!

Definately. Take some measurements now, waist, thighs and calves. You won't see much difference until W7+ but you will see a difference by the end of the programme.
Don't expect miracles but there is no doubt there will be changes 👍😁

I saw no difference in weight until I started actively eating well. Am now 1 and a half stone lighter than when I started running. I lost no weight on c25k but did tone a bit. I think the saying is you can't outrun a bad diet. Very true!!
I’m week 4 run 2 tomorrow. Not losing weight but keeping up with the plan well and really enjoying it. Is their a similar app for a healthy diet plan without having to count calories?
