Well that was a thoroughly enjoyable run.

I tried to do everything I’ve learnt thus far on this journey - head up, shoulders back and down, eyes forward, land under my hips in the middle of the foot, arms at the side not across my body, and breathe in 1234:out1234, and don’t bounce

It didn’t even cost me any distance, but I was nowhere near as tired or achy - totally exhilarating.

One run to go before graduation on Friday- a Mother’s Day present to me 🍾

Happy running everyone x

Thank you - it’s funny because since I’ve started running I’m off my champagne - don’t get me wrong I’ll still have a glass or two but now that’s my absolute limit - even more health benefits than I bargained on 👍😂
