Did my first run of week 1 yesterday and I’ve never really been able to run that far. I suffer from pseudoseizures and I heard running is the best activity to improve it. I’ve been building my muscles for a couple weeks and I can finally say that yesterday I was strong enough to start the couch to 5K programme!!😃✅🏃♀️
