Starting over?

From being a total overweight couch potato, I did 7 weeks of C25K in the first half of last year and was feeling very pleased with myself. Then I did something to my knee and couldn’t run for a few weeks. I haven’t run since. I sort of want to start again but am having difficulty getting started. Feeling rubbish!

Maybe you need to build up with just walking until you are fully recovered. Start slow and listen to you body. Any concerns see a physio. Good luck

I've started and/or completed this a few times, stopping fot various reasons...pregnancy being a key one twice!

I've found that i 100% need to have my head in the game else it just doesn't happen ... any little excuse to not turn out.

I'm 6 months postpartum with my 2nd baby and FINALLY in the right gead space to go! Just completed R1W2. I'm sure I'll make excuses along the way and there'll be other days I'm itching to get out and it just won't be possible but I'm ready!

Good luck, you can do it!
