Hi all, any new mums out there doing couch to 5k? My baby boy is 7 months old and I’m determined to shift the baby weight... have trained and ran 10ks and a half marathon in the past starting with couch to 5k it really is fab to ease you in gently! Would love to chat to other new mums to stay motivated xx

Hi RR! I graduated last week and my little boy is coming up to 12 months (I also have a 3 yr old little girl)... Unlike you I had never been a runner and never thought I would be but have completed this, started consolidation, done my first 5k/parkrun in 35mins and today bought a running buggy!! The programme is amazing and I’m now a total advocate and bore! Good luck with tour journey - you know you can do it as you already have! There’s a few other mums with little ones around and about too! X
