After 2 days rest and much trepidation I set off real slow for W6r3 as ankle has started to throb . I did it but it throbbed. More rest needed I think. Disappointing after it holding up so well but maybe upping the time is a bit too much for it. Shame as rest of me feels good . Ah well at least a Laura said I can call myself a runner 🤣

Not sure what to suggest - a support, more rest, less distance, bit slower or just walking for now til it improves? It's great that you managed W6R3 but don't overdo it because we want you on this journey for the long haul xx
