Yes! I've come from the coach...bad boxset habits etc to THIS! I had a 10 day hiatus when I was struck by illness and not able to run but I slotted back in to Week 6 again after going for walks to regain my fitness last week. I recovered really well. I noticed minimised chest congestion compared to past illnesses. I've struggled with my chest. I've taken my time to get this far having started at the beginning of October. I've had minor heart problems in the past so had to take it at my own pace. I've stuck with the programme exactly since Week 4 till I got ill. Now I'm back and ready to ramp up to running for 30 mins. It feels great. Thanks so much to my running pals on this site. Your encouragement has meant everything.
