This morning I was due my run as I'd only done 1 run in a week due to being very busy. Although last night I was up for it, this morning the husband went off to Birmingham for the day and I was left with the kids so couldn't go off to the park. The treadmill was in the corner and even though for an hour I put it off I talked myself into just a 15 mins as my leg had been hurting in the night. Put on the Nike Run Club app, picked the Little Treadmill run and went for it. Have to say I loved this run, hearing the trainer tell me stories and going up and down the incline etc really made the 15 min pass fast. When she said it was done I just pressed the button and kept running for another 15 mins. I didn't count my warm up walks but the 30 mins covered 2.92 miles. Best bit was the total buzz afterwards. I'll definitely use that guided run again.
