5K this morning

I did another 5K this morning, 2 weeks since my last full 5K. Really enjoyed it and actually felt I could have carried on for another 1k. It was a minute faster than my last one. Not a lot I know but going in the right direction. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
