Morning 5k

Just in from a lovely(?) 5k. Ran to my least favourite hill and ran up and down a portion of it 3 times. I intended to do 6 times but felt really ill after 3 so jogged on home. Just goes to show there's a lot more to this fitness lark than meets the eye. Picture from yesterday but near the hill I was running up. Very hot out there today

Happy running all

Looks nice, but hard work on the legs on all that squashy grass!

Hi GF

Lovely views there. That ground looks a bit heavy going mind you. Still, good for the calves! (evil cackle)

Some runs are just pants though but at least you did it. Job done, then you can get on with your day.

I am running in a minute but it's lashing it down. Tut Still, can't complain cos I've not had a run in the rain for months. Where's me hat?

It's not too bad at the moment as it's rock hard. Oh for some rain. Enjoy it MW

Beautiful location! I'd be face down in that grass every ten steps. The mutts would love it though.
