Just started this last couple of weeks . Not going to lie it’s hard and I am very unfit and overweight but also joined slimming world and have a 10K to run in July so better get on with it!

Well done! You have overcome the hard part and that's getting your shoes on and going over the door. Keep that feeling of achievement in your mind for the next run - this plan does work! ☺

I was completely unfit 2 months ago, I’ve worked really hard over the last couple of months (gym classes and horseriding too). I’ve not dieted and def not lost weight 🙈, but last weekend I noticed a big difference in my fitness, everything was way easier and so pleased with the difference! Take it steady to start and you’ll be fine 😁
