I got out of bed, determined to do this run. Having already done this 25 minute challenge 3 times already, I knew that I could do it, as long as I got out of the house.
I managed that. And, as always, when I got to the halfway mark, I felt like stopping. But I just told myself to slow down, slow down, SLOW DOWN!!
And I did - And it's done - Week 7 is over! Hurrah
