Hi all...after my negative rant on Wednesday, I thought it would be nice to share a positive post. I approached this with a much more positive mindset and enjoyed it so much more. It helped that it was a sunny morning, beautiful blue sky, calves and mummies in the fields, people working in the vines...it was just awesome...ooh and 19 degrees (sorry if the weather is bad in the uk) Ran the first 3 mins, got into my flow, started the 2nd set...all good, then my friend who had the phone and app stopped to talk to a passing workman in a van...I ran on and on, thinking that when she was done chatting and rejoined the programme, she would shout to me that the 5 mins was up...she didn't, so I carried on for as long as I could. Left the tank a bit low for the final two runs, but managed them.x
On to week 5.

I am so happy for you Franglaise that today you enjoyed your run uninterrupted by phone calls that spoiled your run on Wednesday, weather here in UK to be nice next week. 😊
