I'm now 2 runs in, planning to do my graduate run on Saturday!
I posted on Sunday about my last run of W8 feeling easier and I was wondering why... I think it was the hour walk I did beforehand. I do an hour a day on an exercise bike too, so this week I've tried doing the cycling before my runs to see if it has any effect, and I've had no 5 or 10 minute run Gremlins which I used to get, and have felt comfortable all the way through the run - so it's something I'll be sticking with.
Been running at my normal pace and then going a bit faster when I hear the half way bell, and when the 30 minutes is up I feel like I want to keep going, so I have been. I ran for 35 minutes on R1, and today on R2 I ran for 40 minutes, and I officially ran my first 5k!!! Actually can't believe it in only 9 weeks! ❤️🏃🏼♀️
