Conquered the “hill”

After walking the dog I decided to do a quick run this morning. Warm up walk to main road which I know takes 5 mins.

At that place I have a choice do I run down the lane which is my flat route or take a left and tackle the hill. Well I did the hill and yes I made it! Woohoo!

Ok so it’s not a huge hill (Fitbit says equals 10 flights of stairs) but my c25k was all well planned on flat.

Looking forward to having time for a longer run on Sunday.

Happy runner 😀🏃🏼‍♀️

Not sure where that 3rd k pace came from! Well done on your pace. This run was a bit quicker than Tuesday but might be because I was dressed for the temperature
