Hey I’m Ashley ! Currently on week 7 am very surprised at how well I’m doing. After loosing 8 stone in weight I wanted to work on my fitness and I’m blown away with how well I’m doing on the couch to 5k app. Anyone who’s struggling don’t worry you can do this ! It’s all about pushing yourself and staying positive. Believe in yourself and you will get there. X
