Week 7 - Run 2 Done!

I was determined to get out and run. It was my day off from work so went running 1.5 hr later than usual. There were more people in the park - people heading to the train station, people with their dogs, mummies with their buggies.

I had to dodge this way and that way but I managed to keep up with my slow steady pace. Half way through I felt like I wanted to stop but I pushed through those thoughts and made it to the end.

Very happy with the run but even happier that I got out of bed to do it. Hehehe :)
