Last week, I was getting to the last 2 1/2 minutes and speeding up from a jog to a run. This pushed me out of my comfort zone and boosted my enjoyment of the run.
This time, I decided to push myself for the final 5 minutes, big mistake. After 3 minutes of running, my breathing pattern went and I had to slow to a jog.
I did enjoy my run today and I learnt how far I can push myself at this stage.
Onwards and upwards. Run 2 of week 5 on Saturday.
