Just completed my W9R3! Really surprised myself over the last 9-10 weeks (yes, I had to repeat a few runs). Big thanks to all here for the great support and advice. I might not be the fastest and I may not be running 5K but I am running for 30 minutes and I am covering a total of 5K (with the walks at either end) in 40 minutes.
