Congratulations FatBoyBaz on running non-stop for 20 minutes, run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run of C25K, onwards and upwards for runs 1 and 2 of week 6, but be careful regarding those two runs as they have caught out people with their interval walks and runs, run two is the last one with interval walks, run 3 of week 6 is the first non stop 25 minute run of 4, the other 3 all 25 minute runs of week 7. Not sure if I should have told you in advance, most people don't mind, others don't look at what is coming up.
