Still nursing my achillies so not a run but a delightful walk for Tim today. Along the Wey Navigation, 6.4k a circular route.A little bit of rain at the start, but it held off, and we got back to the car just as it was getting dark. Making good use of the headtorch.
I had Tim in my thoughts. I smiled.
Sincere condolances to his family and friends.💜

Hello Bluebirdrunner, I am wondering whether you have seen this. I was given the link by someone on one of our running forums ages ago, my recent physio lady also said this Oxford NHS information is very good.
So pleased that you were able to enjoy a walk for Tim.
Oh thank you for this link 61ATS, I haven't seen this Nhs advice, I have seen a similar article from runners world, but will give this a good read.I have had this issue in my other ankle, and know its not good to rush back to impact work too soon.
Thank you so much for your support its very kind of you and appreciated.
I've always enjoyed Guildford Never had a chance to see the surrounding countryside except on the Horsham bus route though. What a beautiful photo Blue ❤️Hope your Achilles heals soon 👍🏻🙂
Just as a tourist My daughter's love the stationary store there with all the different shaped erasers, and there is a store there - Babylon something, its been a while-I like because it always has something eclectic that catches my eye and dents my wallet lol. Last time we were there the Invictus bike race was on, huge crowds and great atmosphere
