Week 5 run 1 done . I can’t believe it . Whoever is doing this WELL DONE !!! Thanks to all in this group for the help sharing and encouragement. And good luck to all , 💪💪 can’t wait for the next run , and can’t believe I’m actually looking forward to run 3. .... 20 mins non stop 😀

Well done, fabulous running and good that you’re enjoying it so much. You will crack run 3 and be even more Tigger like as you bounce around all day. Enjoy.

Me too! This is my second attempt to complete C25K and I never got past week 5 before but just now I finished week 5 run 1 and I didn’t find it as challenging as I thought I would so there’s progress - mind you I run at a snails pace but I did it! 😁😁
