Woohoo! My daughter (10yo) and I were out bright and early and powered through each 60sec run, feeling proud! Hoping to motivate each other and I hope the endorphins kick in for my daughter who’s having a bit of a tough time. It’s also quality time for us as I’m on the final stretch of my masters degree and often feel guilty for not spending much time with her.

We can do this! Happy Sunday all!

It sure is... I needed to drag myself out for the first few weeks... then I got a little addicted and had to hide my running shoes on rest days instead. My wife says she prefers running days... I’m not sure if that’s down to my mood or the fact I go out more 😂
