Week 8 - Run 3 ! Done (Week 9 coming to get you)

Out at 6am albeit windy but did it as I was supposed to do this run yesterday morning ! Goodbye Week 8..... run didn’t go quite as planned as I seemed to pause everything which I found out after the run (my Nike app) stopped at 1 minute whilst in my running belt and then I forgot to start my Garmin watch 😂 my excuse is it’s the first time of using it and I may have been half asleep 😴 Sunday alarm is set ⏰

Well done! Glad it’s not just me who has the occasional technology issue.

In the IT world we describe those types of issue as PEBKAC (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair). I tried to come up with an different acronym for this one but failed miserably! 😂
