W9R3 Done and CT5K Done! Next run Thursday!

What a great feeling! Finally! First tried in 2016 and got to W8 but life got in the way so this time I wasn’t going to let it get away.

Still not quite at 5K in the 30mins though so nice to have the next target but I’ll take my time.

I’ve learnt a lot from reading the other posts and replies so thanks!

It really does work. I’m definitely at the point now where my body is proving my mind wrong. Yes.... I can do it.

Thanks! Never easy but neither was W1R1. I just found that after a point in the program my legs started carrying the rest of me haha
