I started w3 today. I know exactly how you feel, but I have decided to just enjoy each and every run and trust in the programme and not look too far ahead. So many people have followed and succeeded at it so why should we be any different? Positive mental attitude will help too.

It's true at the beginning of the program you may have doubts that you'll ever be able to run for 30 minutes non stop. We all have been where you are now and I never thought in a million years I would be able to do this but it can be done , don't look too far ahead just enjoy each run as it comes 😊😊
