Week 6 - Run 3! My Best Run So Far

This was the best run I have done so far! It wasn't exactly "fun" but when Michael told me I had one minute left, you should have seen the big cheesy grin that broke across my face. Hehehe.

I kept a slow and steady pace throughout the whole 25 minute non stop run. When Michael said I could stop, I still had a little left in the tank. Instead of spending up, like he suggested, I kept with the same pace and I carried on for another 2 minutes!! What???? Yes!!!

Feel so amazing. 27 minutes of running? Unbelievable but I did it! Yes :)

Fantastic achievement! Well done. Keep going and don't push too far beyond the boundaries of the programme. Remember that the goal at this point is to get to 30 minutes without breaking yourself! :)
