Lovely day so 1st run without Laura😢. Couldn’t face it on my own so did Nike Run club and it filled the time nicely. Added 5 mins on so 35mins jogging and felt great. Have a good day all 😊🏃🏼‍♀️

My first run without Sarah felt weird but I had my audiobook going so didn't notice too much til the timer on my phone went off & it was cool down time.
