Today is a work day but as I'm working on my doorstep, it became a run day! I love early mornings so much! 🤣 Today was a pretty special one too, amazing sunrise but couldn't bring myself to stop for pictures 🤣 knew I had to be back for a bath(in it now) and brekkie/coffee before work. Anyone passing James Cook hospital today you may see me under the mast opposite 🤣🤣
After the initial 5-10 minutes the run was really easy, returned to an old route with few changes and could have easily kept going or ran quicker but not going for records with these consolidation runs, just want to make this 30 mins 5k stuff a habit so my body gets used to it.
Good luck everybody running today! Extra good luck to all doing/approaching graduation week 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Morning!! Well, first of your consolidation runs looks like it went well for you 💪🏼 Love that feeling of being able to continue on when you’re loving a run so much. Who’d have thought we’d be feeling that back in week 1-4?? I love an early morning run and with a beautiful sunrise too it’s so uplifting isn’t it? These brighter mornings are very welcome for us morning runners. Let’s enjoy them while we can!
No running for me today and wfh so will fit in a bit of strength training later and hopefully a walk. Legs feeling good after yesterday’s run.
Looks like you’re starting as you mean to go on- keeping that routine going. Can’t beat doing the run first thing while you’re fresh- have a great day!
Well done, great run, it sounds as though you’ve carried on where you left off with your fantastic graduation run 👏 which I’m so sorry I must have missed and have just read 🎉 You’re so fast but comfortable too and it is sounds as though you’re really enjoying it so I think the world is your running oyster 😊
