Upper thigh injury

So cross with myself, had a twinge after a new yoga class then went out for 4kms run as part of my Consolidation program post Couch and just exacerbated the condition and could hardly weight bear by the end.....how stupid. At 61 you would think I'd know better.

2 days of hot baths, painkillers and using a stick later....much improved and intend to take it very very easy before I go back out there.

A real lesson has been learned.

I feel for you but rest up and you’ll soon be back in your running gear. Do you really think we get wiser as we get older? 🤪

No! That's just it. I think I'm invincible and wish I'd done this 20 years ago!

I shall take my time.
