5 weeks ago I was pleading with Sarah “when are you going to tell me to stop “ on a 60 second run. Unbelievable.
I have to say without everyone’s inspirational posts and good wishes I honestly don’t think I would of carried on. Special thanks to iannodaTruffe for the week 5 myth busters I read before I left the house 😀 I was making excuses not to go then by chance I read the post. I practiced the gurning 🤪 took a deep breath then went for it!!! Yippee.
And now I’m home with a huge smile.

Congratulations Yoyo2019, you deserve to have a huge smile, run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 but as IannodaTruffe says be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
Thanks for the lovely kind words and advice Almorr. I try to take one week at a time and try not to know what’s coming next😀. It’s the only way for me, that way I don’t make even more excuses not to continue 😀. Plus I like surprises.
