Was hopeful to complete both runs this weekend the weekend of my 58th birthday but issues have come up. Mum has been moved from hospital to a Hospice for her last days or weeks. So my run today may or may not take place have my kit with me but am over 60miles away from home. Considering attempting my run on the coast to clear my head. Well when ever I get it done you will some of the first to know. Good luck to all C25Kers especially Week Niners.

Sorry to hear your news. Be easy on yourself. Family is all important. You will have time for runs later. But if it helps you cope then go for it! X

Your mum is in the best place, I'm so sorry you're having a tough time. The runs can wait, or they may help you. Come back when you're ready.

Oh bless you. Such a tough time for you. Big virtual hug 🤗. Happy Birthday too. A run may well help you find some headspace. Take care.

Virtual hug. Thinking of you on the birthday weekend. Coastal running can be good if the weather cooperates ...
