3 weeks off from running (my excuse is I was on very limited luggage allowance so running kit didn’t make the cut..😂) - this morning’s run was flipping hard 😤😤 on the upside, I did still manage my 6k in 38 minutes - bit slower than normal but at least I didn’t stop. Roll on Friday’s run....

Not too bad at all! We all need a holiday, its always going to be a little bit harder getting back in to it. I’ve had months off and got back with a bit of a struggle but easing myself in now. Just take it steady until you get back to where you were.

You had 3 weeks off and you still managed 6k in 38 minutes. I'd say that's not too shabby at all! Might have felt harder than usual but you did it (and holidays are always worth it!)
Why wouldn't you run on holiday? It is the best thing ever!
