So started week 2 tonight and enjoyed the change in running and waking times. Gave me a new challenge. Found a good area to run that is varied in gradient and a good challenge. Thought on my last run it would never end but it did and after felt like I achieved something. Role on Thursdays run

Well done, enjoy the challenge, be sure to keep to the running and walking, even when you want to just run, and I bet you do sooner or later :) Following you, keep posting how you get on

Normally running is not my thing. Everyone tells me I’m the wrong shape and size. But loving the support here which is something I’ve never had before. Makes such a difference so thank you.

The great thing about the C25K is the ramp up in the challenge. Every week brings another one. But in the end you are going to have to find your own challenges as a runner - and this is a challenge in itself. So it's good to see that you are already thinking that way.
