I have found the more I exercise the less I want to eat rubbish food (although I do sometimes!) so tend to go for nuts and fruit as snacks. Healthy soups for lunch and meat or fish with salad or veg for dinner. Works for me 🙂

Welcome to the forum ! Personally I have lots of fruit and veg, oily fish twice a week but try to cut out processed/ready meals/sauces etc. Limit your meat and sugar intake throughout the week and LOTS of water is a must. Good luck with the start of your running journey 🏃‍♂️

Cut out pop/alcohol, and unhealthy snacks and takeaways Eat food as unprocessed as poss Keep it simple 😃👍💪. We can all eat more fruit, veg, beans, lentils, sweet potatoes in our lives Avocados and nuts too but in smaller quantities

Good luck
