Still keeping at it but got caught in a storm on my run last night - hail so bad could barely open my eyes and even ran backwards for a bit 😂😂

Got home absolutely soaked through!

Guessing that was the experience for many of us this week!!

Brave girl running in a storm, can't say you enjoyed it but well done for persevering in the storm. Next time you run make sure that it's not going to be similar weather by having a look at the weather forecast or one of those many rain radar maps there are on the Internet.

Ooo thank you I will check it out - I ran that day as I hadn’t for a bit as id had a really sore throat and knew I needed to get back to it, even if I got a bit wet - didn’t quite anticipate the storm I got into 😂😂
