I have completed my 1st 30 minute run but the distance was less than when I have run for less time. It was 4.571k. and not 5k.

Two more to go..hope I get to 5k!

Great job! When you increase the duration it’s a good idea to reduce pace a little anyway. Don’t worry about that 5k, most people don’t manage that on the plan, I didn’t, it can come later. The important bit is running for 30 minutes whatever the pace.

When you are doing the longer runs you maybe slowing down a bit that why the distance is less don't worry you are running for 30 minutes distance will come later 😊

You were either running slower or your tracking is awry.

Graduation requirements are three thirty minute runs........5k is optional.

Yes, of course just realised that. It's the time that's important. I ran for 30 minutes which in itself is incredible...for me!
