Let’s try again.

Second attempt at the programme for me. Unfortunately due to a combination of things I started in January got to week 5 but stopped. So today I started back with week 3- oh my I wished I hadn’t stopped, it was hard! But seeing that couch potato has now graduated (we started the same time) this has given me the motivation to carry on.

I’ve just started again today after giving up on it last year. Best of luck to you. Hope we both do better this time 😀

Just go nice and slow! Search Japanese slow jogging movement on youtube and you’ll find a great short film showing a low impact slow running technique. It changed everything for me. All the health benefits of running without the risk of injury. Good luck!
