Building fitness again!

Hi everyone

Managed to successfully get to week 6. However stopped running for 3 weeks due to hols etc. Tried carrying on from week 6 but realised my fitness has dropped loads! Happened to anyone else. How far back.shoukd I start again to build up fitness again?

I suggest you go back to Week 5 Run 1. Enjoy the journey xx

How long did you run for? I’d go back to the point where I could just do it and go from there.

Only about 12 mins! Will try going back to w5r1

Least this time your fitness will increase quickly. I would go back a week and see how you get on. If it’s too hard go back to week 4 even if it’s just for one run then build up again. Good luck with finding what’s right for you.
