OMG OMG OMG OMG! I actually ran for 20 minutes nonstop. I’d read all the posts saying there was nothing to dread in this run, but it didn’t stop me from worrying that this was the run that would break me. I chose to run along the canal and turn around after 15 minutes. My pace must be good because I finished up within about 10m from where I started! Legs were OK and I actually felt that I could have carried on, but I now trust the program so much that I’m following it word for word. I’m having the best start to a new year in a very long time.

To both you E27M14 and K8nno congratulations on running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Be careful with runs 1 and 2 of week 6 which have runs and walking intervals, they have caught out a few people, just take them slow and steady.

I would never have thought it was possible. I’m shaped like a Lego man, so if I can.......

Oh, and I can thoroughly recommend jancanrun’s playlists on Spotify

Great there seems to be a lot of people on this run this week and so happy that they've done it 😊

Great run. That’s the run that proves that you can do this... just over half the runs done and you’re 2/3 of the way to 30 minutes. Even pacing is impressive too, took me a while to get that down. Enjoy week 6.

Well done! It's such a milestone in the program. You must be feeling so good.

Congratulations, I’ve just finished the 20 minute run myself for the first time too, feels so good, as like you i was dreading it, & am amazed at myself for having completed it

Hope you’re enjoying the sense of achievement as much as me 😊

Well done!
