Well! Here I am on week 9 (already!) Cant believe that just before New Year the warm-up walk got me out of breath! I also spent all my time either avoiding the smallest incline or wanting to cry when I ran (crawled) up it... fast forward to week 9 and not only did I run for 30 minutes, I went beyond for a few extra minutes so I could hit 5k! So proud of myself right now π
I literally have gone from couch to 5k! Feels so strange now reading my old posts and how hard I was finding those earlier runs... just goes to prove it absolutely works! ππ½ββοΈ
