Well! Here I am on week 9 (already!) Cant believe that just before New Year the warm-up walk got me out of breath! I also spent all my time either avoiding the smallest incline or wanting to cry when I ran (crawled) up it... fast forward to week 9 and not only did I run for 30 minutes, I went beyond for a few extra minutes so I could hit 5k! So proud of myself right now π
I literally have gone from couch to 5k! Feels so strange now reading my old posts and how hard I was finding those earlier runs... just goes to prove it absolutely works! ππ½ββοΈ

Well done on your wonderful progress with your running on C25K, what a difference from just before the New Year, not long now until you graduate π π.
Totally understand that one... glad you got it right, when I first went for it I set my tracker to 3 miles... cooldown all smug.,, stretches like superman... then lying with my legs up a tree I look at my tracker... 5k PB? And of course it then starts to sink in... 5k is 3.11 miles π
