Anyone have tightness on back of Thigh ?

Hi All, I am doing the C25k and am at Week 5 Run 3 - thats tonight so we'll see how I get on!!! My problem is, since I started I have been having a soreness/pain in the back of my right thigh.. I googled it and its seems to be tight muscles in my bum.. I think it might be piriformis syndrome. I am rolling after each run and I also bought the small massage ball (in Aldi!) and am rolling on this (so bloody painful) but I still cant get rid. Does anyone have any ideas ? I cant really afford to start forking out for sports physio.. would a Thai massage work, do you think? or, ideally, is there anything I can do myself at home ? I have tried an Epsom salt bath the other night and cant say that made any great difference either... maybe the rolling, massage ball and epsom salt bath all together each time... I dunno.. Does anyone have any other suggestions ?

Thanks :-)
