Yay! Just graduated!!! The ruffling is going well (cross between running and shuffling) and I can’t believe I’ve graduated. 9 weeks ago I couldn’t even run a bath and now 30 mins. Trust the programme guys. It’s amazing. So proud. And thanks ladies and gents for all your posts on here. They are so affirming and inspiring. Going to keep on going with the programme and repeat a couple of the last weeks. YAY!!!
