Hi never too old just don’t try and compete with the twenty somethings. I started C25K at 59 and others a lot older than me have done so too. Good luck
Hi . I started running at 58 . Your never too old .its great . Find your own pace and just go out and enjoy the scenery 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️

Never too old to start C25K, I began week 1 run 1, 5 weeks before I was 72 and graduated 4 weeks after my 72nd birthday, just take all the runs slowly and you should be OK, there was a man who graduated when he was 83.
