Havent run for a week, came down with horrible cold and cough. Could just about walk to loo let alone run for any time!
Going to start back on week 2 again, for the 3rd time and see how it goes!

Keep plugging away, I had a similar set back over Christmas, lost two weeks so did the sensible thing and wound the clock back a couple of weeks just to get back into it and now graduated. There’s no rush just steady away and you’ll get there.
Awww it's annoying to have a set back but it won't do no harm and we all have had to take a break for illness or life-issues now and again!
