Started off very slowly and at 10 min point I was composing my post for here to be titled : ‘first flunked run!, legs tired and achy, but! By 18 mins I was in my stride and loving it. Ran 32 mins instead of 28, simply because those first ten minutes were rather shuffly and at the end I still had a bit more in me. Think it’s shown me that I do need a slow, long warm up. Loved the run. Learnt about my running needs too!
